1 1/2 teasp butter
4 cups chopped chicken
1 (10-3/4 oz ) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped pimiento
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
6 frozen biscuits. thawed

preheat oven to 350 F Grease dish (baking)

chop the onion
Heat butter in a small nonstick skillet over med heat stir in onion saute until tender
combine onion chicken, soup sour cream and pimiento mix well Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish Bake for 15 min.
Sprinkle baked layer with 3/4 cup of Cheddar arrange biscuits in single layer over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake until biscuits are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly. about 20 min or longer.. Serve immediately.

Grandma was so busy one thing that helped her save time was that when she prepared any type of cooked chicken she made a little extra time to chop onion, and refrig up to 3 days. that way she had chopped chicken ready to make this or any simple chicken meal...
