1 (1/4 lb.) pkg. saltine crackers
6 egg whites, beaten with tartar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar. Add sugar. Crush crackers to crumbs. Mix with nuts. Place in well-greased, oblong pan. Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 oven. Let cool. Add 1 large can crushed pineapple. Spread 1 large Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut. Cut into squares and garnish with cherries.
