1 can cream of potato soup
2 cans (1 lb. 1 oz. each) cream-style corn
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups milk
1 T. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Lawry salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
fresh or freeze dried chives, for garnish
crumbled bacon, optional for garnish

Directions:

In a 3 qt. casserole combine soup, corn, milks, onion, salt and pepper. Cover. Microwave on High 17 to 19 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until hot.
I have also used light evaporated milk and low fat milk to reduce calories.

Sometimes I use two cans of cream of potato soup and 1 can of cream-style corn. Both ways are good and a quick yummy meal.
