2 c. uncooked noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. diced green pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package. Drain well. In a nonstick skillet, brown the meat. Drain off any excess fat. Preheat oven to 350. Combine noodles, beef, soup, cheese, and green pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle onions on top. Bake for 5 minutes.
