1 17 oz. can fruit cocktail
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
3 10 oz. cartons frozen slices of strawberries, thawed
1 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 T. lemon juice
3 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Spoon into foil-lined muffin cups, 3/4 full. Freeze in muffin cups until solid. Remove the fruit from the muffin cups when ready to serve. You need to take these out of the freezer about 15 minutes before serving so they thaw a little. Makes 2 9" x 13" pans or 36 muffin cups.
