10 good sized potatoes, boiled and diced
1/2 lb margarine
2 T flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion
1 T dried parsley
Crumbled potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Chop one onion and saute. Add onion and parsley to diced potatoes. Make sauce and then pour over potato mixture. Stir to mix. Crumble potato chips over the top and bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
