2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
Combine and put into a cheese cake pan.

Beat: 3 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 T. vanilla
3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg added.
1 c. sour cream

Directions:

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 -70 minutes, then leave in the oven for 60 more minutes, with the oven off and the door partly open.
