2/3 c. warm water 4 T. yeast Mix together, then set aside.
4 c. warm water (warm enough to melt 6 T. butter) 6 T. brown sugar 6 T. molasses 1/4 c. cocoa
Add to above: 3 c. rye flour and yeast mixture Add white flour until sticky and elastic. (recipe had no amount of flour given) Knead. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes about 2 loaves, can cut recipe in half.
