2 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/4 lb. butter
5 slices of white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour and sugar. Add beaten eggs,pineapple and juice.
Melt butter in frying pan and add cubed bread. When coated with butter and slightly browned, add pineapple mixture.
Place in greased 1-quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes.
