2 c. rice, cooked and cold,
1/2 c. each red, green & yellow bell pepper cut into thin strips.
1 c. bean sprouts,
1/2 tsp. chili flakes,
1 clove garlic, minced,
1/2 c. green onions, diced.
1 c. snow peas thinly sliced,
3 Tbl. grapeseed oil, 1/2 c. soy sauce (to taste),
1/4 c. carrots (julienne).
1 tsp. oyster flavored sauce,
1 lb. sausage,
1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil-add last.

Pre-heat wok. Add grapeseed oil. Add carrots, toss. Add bell pepper, toss. Add snow peas, toss. Add 1/2 of garlic and chili flakes, toss. Add green onions and a splash or two of soy sauce. Remove to plate. Return wok to heat. Add ground pork. Break into small pieces. Add remaining garlic. Toss and brown meat-splash with soy sauce. Add cold rice. Toss. (add a little more grapeseed oil if needed). Continue to toss until rice begins to break up and warm up (3-4 minutes). Add veggies and toss. Add soy sauce to taste. Add bean sprouts and toss. Remove mixture to serving platter.
