Stir together:
1 c very warm water
1 package yeast
1-2 T sugar or honey

Add:
2 1/2 c flour (white or wheat)
1/2 tsp salt
1 T oil

Directions:
Directions:
Knead dough by hand or in mixer for 5 minutes.
Put 1 T oil in bowl. Place dough in bowl and turn to coat. Set bowl in warm place to rise for about 1/2 hour.

Press out dough onto large greased pizza pan. Add about 1 cup sauce, 2 cups shredded mozzerella, and pepperoni or other toppings of choice. Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes.

I often double the recipe and then make 3 thinner pizzas using large round stones. One 1/8 slice of cheese pizza is 150 calories.
