Directions:
Heat buttermilk, soften yeast then add buttermilk to eggs, sugar, oil, salt, baking powder, soda, and 4 c. flour. Beat till smooth with mixer. Add remainder of flour to make a soft dough. Cover, allow to raise until doubled in bulk. Put in refrigerator overnight (punch down before refrigerating). When ready to cook, roll out on a floured surface about 1/3 inch thick. Cut in small pieces, diamond shapes are easy to handle and fry until golden brown in corn oil 375 degrees. About 2-3 minutes each side. Drain on paper towels.
