2 slices per person of veal scallopini ( 8 people - 16 slices)
1 c. Marsala or Madeira cooking wine
1 to 2 lbs. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can chicken broth
butter and flour

Directions:
Directions:
Flour meat and saute in butter about 1 minute per side. In the same pan after cooking the veal, saute the mushrooms. Again using the same pan with all the drippings from the veal and mushrooms, stir in chicken broth and the cooking wine. Put the veal in a rectangle serving dish. Then cover the veal with mushrooms. Pour the sauce over veal and mushrooms. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
