3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 can green chilies
4 flour tortillas
1/2 can enchilada sauce
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add onions and chilies. Simmer for 10 min. stirring constantly. Pour enchilada sauce into bowl. Add 2 T. water. Put soup in separate bowl. Add 1/4 c. milk and mix well. Dip 2 tortillas in sauce and put in greased casserole dish. Spread 1/2 meat mixture over. Add 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the soup. Dip the 2 remaining tortillas in sauce and put in casserole. Layer remaining ingredients as for first layer. Pour remaining sauce over top. Bake 350 for 30 min. Makes 4 Servings.
