2 lbs. skinless sausage (Jimmie Dean original)
8 slices bread - cut up
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tsp. Poupon Mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 x 13" greased casserole dish, place sliced bread and top with cheese. Brown sausage and break into small pieces. Place on top of cheese. Mix milk, eggs, and mustard together - Pour over sausage.
Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
Before baking combine mushroom soup and vermouth and spread on top of casserole. Bake uncovered 325 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
