Ingredients:
Merkins melting chocolate - I use 2:1 ratio of dark to milk chocolate. Melt in double boiler with barely hot water. This will take about 30 minutes. Be patient - it's worth it.

Stir until a nice shine appears.

At this point, you can dip anything you like in it.

Directions:
I like: Pretzels; Turtles; Chocolate Covered Cherries, Oreo's; Coconut Haystacks; Rice Krispies; Macadamia Nuts; almonds; peanuts; raisins; anything you can think of!

Peanut Butter Pies - Coat ritz crackers with peanut butter, then dip in chocolate. Yum!
