2/3 c confectioners sugar
2 c flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients, pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

8 tbsp butter, melted
1 c brown sugar
2/3 c light corn syrup
4 tbsp cream
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
4 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, cream, vanilla, salt and eggs in mixing bowl.

Stir in nuts

Pour on top of crust and bake 25 minutes. Cool 1 hour and cut into squares.
