12 oz beer
1/2 c water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper

2 large onions, sliced into rings

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except onions. allow to sit 1-1 1/2 hours.

Dip onion rings in batter; deep fry in oil till golden and crispy.
