5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp Parsley flakes
1 can chicken broth
1 small can sliced mushrooms (if desired)
3-4 tomatoes, diced (remove seeds)
Head of broccoli, blanched for 1 minutes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic for 1-2 minutes in olive oil. Add onion. Cook until onion is soft. Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Add 1 can of chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes. Saute sliced mushrooms in olive oil. Blanch broccoli for 1 minute. Dice fresh tomatoes and remove seeds. Cook pasta as directed. Add vegetables and garlic/onion and mushrooms to cooked pasta. Do not overcook.
