1/4 c. orzo 1 c. white rice 1/2 stick margarine 1 can chicken broth
Brown orzo in margarine. Soak rice while browning orzo. Drain rice and add to orzo. Allow rice to soak up margarine, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and simmer for about 20 minutes, covered. Add anything you'd like--mushrooms, scallions, etc.
