Ingredients:  
4 Pork Chops
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, juiced
plain bread crumbs
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, salt, pepper and the juice of one lemon together. Roll chops in mix. Sit for 1/2 hour. Coat in breadcrumbs. Coat bottom of a pan with vegetable oil. Brown the chops. Then put in a pan and bake for 1/2 hour at 350F.
