4 Pork chops or veal chops
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup straight brandy
1/2 cup beef broth
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the chops. Melt butter in pan and brown the chops. Add brandy, beef broth and mushrooms. Light on fire. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Take out chops and pat with butter.
