2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup cream
3 tbsp white syrup
1 tbsp butter
1 cup nuts
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 cup dates chopped
Directions:
Directions:
cook sugar, cream, butter and syrup to form a soft ball in cold water. take from the fire, beat for a few minutes then add nuts, dates and coconut.
beat hard until fine grained then turn into buttered pans.
