3 cups sugar
2 squares bitter chocolate
3 tbsp corn syrup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of nuts

Directions:
Directions:
combine first 5 ingredients in large pan, cook until a few drops will form ball in cold water, cool for 15-20 minutes, add butter and vanilla, beat at speed 8 until it loses the glossy surface, add nuts pour into buttered pan, if candy hardens to much add little milk, beat at speed 8, pour immediately
