2 c. Sugar 1 c. Lemon Juice 4 c. Water 1 T. grated Lemon Rind
Cook the water and sugar together for about 5 minutes and then cool. After cooling, stir in the lemon juice and lemon rind. Freeze to a mush. Beat with an electric mixer and then freeze again. Cover tightly until ready to serve.
