Ingredients:
20 whole Chicken Wings, cleaned & cut into 40 pieces with tips discarded
¾ stick Butter
1 ½ c. Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Granulated Garlic
Cornstarch
Nature’s Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Grill the wings or bake them. Sprinkle them with Nature’s Seasoning & garlic when you place them on the grill or in the oven and then again when you turn them over. While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a skillet. When melted, add the Texas Pete Hot Sauce. For hotter wings, thicken the sauce with cornstarch & water. For milder sauce, mix half of the hot sauce with your favorite BBQ sauce. When the wings and sauce are done, put the sauce & wings in a bowl and stir. Place on grill or in oven again to cook on the flavor.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to serve the wings with celery, carrot sticks, and Naturally Fresh brand blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
