1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and crumble sausage. Place sausage, bread, cheese and green onions in a greased 9X13" glass baking dish. Beat eggs and combine beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over sausage mixture and cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake covered at 350 for one hour. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until top is browned. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
