Baby Spinach Greens
1 Granny Smith Apple (with skin, cored and sliced thin)
1/4 cup goat cheese (crumbled)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup red onion (sliced thin)
1/4 cup dried craisins

Toss all ingredients

Use your own dressing. Suggestions: Dijon mustard dressing, Neumann Cilantro Lime Dressing, or Kraft Jalapeņo Blue Cheese Dressing

Substitutions:
Goat cheese to Gorgonzola
Spinach to salad greens
