One 4-41/2 Brisket of Beef
21/2 cups ketchup
3/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Place Brisket in large roasting pan that is coated with non stick vegetable spray. In a large bowl combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Remove 1 cup of the sauce to a medium size bowl and add water to it. Mix well and pour around the meat in the pan. Pour remainder of sauce over the top of meat, making sure that some of it stays on top. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 3-31/2 hours or until meat is fork tender.
