6 sticks butter, softened
8 egg yolks
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp yeast

1 c warm milk

6-8 cups flour

Combine butter, egg,sour cream salt and yeast in mixing bowl.

Add warm milk; allow to set up 5 minutes or so.

Add in 6-8 c flour, or till a nice dough forms

Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Roll dough onto sugar; cut into squares; add filling and roll over.

Bake 400 10-15 minutes
