1 1/2 pounds lump crabmeat, picked over
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (or 1/2 c dried)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced parsley or 2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions:

Combine all ingredients other than crab meat.

Gently toss in crab meat.

Form into 10-12 crab cakes; chill between plastic in refrigerator 30 min - 1 hr.

Fry crabcakes until a rich golden brown on each side (about 4 minutes); or lightly brush with butter and broil.

Fry or broil, as desired
