1/2 c. honey 1 c. fresh orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tbsp. fat from pork chops
Blend the honey and orange juice. Add salt and cornstarch. Stir until smooth. Cook over low heat until sauce is thick and clear. Spoon mixture over pork chops and bake for 10 minutes more to blend flavors.
