Apples
1 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
little salt
1 egg
1 tsp. shortening
brown sugar
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. Put in flat pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a little butter in bottom of pan if desired. Mix flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt, egg and shortening. Once mixed, sprinkle on top of apples and bake.
Serve with any sauce or cream.
