3 sliced fresh California peaches
1 medium-sized angel food cake
1/2 c. port or your favorite wine
1 pt. commercial sour cream
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice angel food cake horizontally through center to form two layers. Drizzle 1/4 cup of wine over bottom layer of cake. Cover with layer of thinly-sliced peaches. Top with other half of cake. Drizzle remaining wine over the top of cake. Frost entire cake with unsweetened commercial sour cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Let stand several hours in the refrigerator before serving. Garnish with slices of fresh California peaches.
