1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 cup crisp rice cereal
16 oz pkg butter scotch pieces
16 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate pieces

Directions:
Directions:
bring syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, remove from heat stir in peanut butter, pour over rice cereal, mixing well, pat into greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan or 2, 9x9x2 inch pans.
melt butter scotch and chocolate pieces in a double boiler, spread over the cereal mixture
chill until firm--cut into 1 1/2 inch squares
