3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted shortening
1 egg
2 large ripe bananas - mashed
1 tsp. baking soda

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put baking soda in bananas. Mix well (sugar, shortening, egg, bananas and soda) and then add flour, baking powder and vanilla.
