1-package White cake mix without pudding
1-package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/3 c water
1/4 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/3 flaked coconut
1 c chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, and eggs. Beat 4 minutes at med. speed of an electric mixer. Stir in 1 1/3 coconut and pecans. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 -25 min or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins. Remove from pans and let cool completely. Spread coconut cream frosting between layers and on top and sides. Sprinkle top of cake with 1/2 c toasted coconut reserved from frosting recicpe.
