6-8 slices sourdough bread
1 package spinach (frozen)
basil
1/2 c. chopped tomato
2 1/2 c. mozzarella
3 eggs beaten
1 3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In 11 X 7" dish layer 1/2 bread, spinach, tomato, 1/2 cheese, then bread and cheese. Mix eggs and milk then pour over. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
