1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
1-1/2 cups cheddar or swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb cooked bacon crumbles or ham
5 eggs
1-1/2 cups cream or half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Pat and spread crescent roll dough into 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate to form crust. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese onto dough. Top with bacon or ham. In medium bowl, mix together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into pie pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake 40 minutes or until golden and firm.
