2 Tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 potato, peeled and chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 bag frozen corn, 16 ounce
2 cups chicken, shredded
1 bag frozen green beans
Sour cream, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender - about 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes. Add potato and chicken broth and bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer until potato is tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in corn, chicken, and green beans and cook until heated through.
