1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
8 ounce sour cream
6 cup cooked chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
2 rolls Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter melted
2 cup cooked rice
1 to 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix soups, sour cream, milk. Add chicken to sauce mixture and set aside. Coarsely crumble Ritz crackers and toss with melted butter. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray and place cooked rice on bottom of dish. Spread the chicken and sauce mixture over rice. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
