3 Tbsp butter
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 Tbsp ground paprika
3 Tbsp flour
4 cups chicken broth
3-1/2 lbs chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until golden, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle both paprika and flour over onions. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in broth.

Bring mixture to a boil. Add chicken and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

Serve over rice or egg noodles.
