1 large package frozen broccoli
6 cups chicken, cooked and cubed/shredded
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large casserole dish, microwave broccoli until just thawed-approximately 2 minutes. Drain. Add chicken. In medium bowl, combine soup, mayo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and lemon juice. Mix together with broccoli and chicken in casserole dish. In small bowl, combine Parmesan, cracker crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
