1 pound dried Great Northern beans/soaked and cooked OR 6 cans
4 cup chicken breast cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium onions chopped
6 cup chicken broth
4 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2-4 ounce can green chilies chopped
grated cheese/sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in olive oil and add all other ingredients except chicken. Cook for about an hour. Add chicken and cook until heated through. Garnish with sour cream and cheese.

I have cooked the dry beans and used the canned beans. Canned beans are definitely quicker if you need to quickly throw together and is just as good.
