1-lb. ground Beef
1-medium Onion,
1-medium green Bell Pepper,
1-29 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
1 cup water,
3/4 cup long grain rice,
3/4 cup brown Sugar, (or to taste)
1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. chili powder, (or to taste)
1/8 tsp. pepper.

In electric skillet, brown hamburger and drain set aside. Reserving 2 Tbl drippings. Add chopped onion and green pepper cook till tender. Stir in drained tomatoes, water, rice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, pepper. Add in hamburger. Mix well. Cover; simmer about 30 minutes or till rice is done and most of the liquid is absorbed.
