6-8 sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil sweet potatoes and remove skins. Melt butter and add brown sugar. Cut potatoes length wise. Spray in 9 X 13" pan, add potatoes. Pour sauce over. Put whole walnut's on top if desired. Bake 350 until candied.
