1 box confectionery sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
cream to wet sugar
peanut butter
1 small potato, peeled, cooked and mashed
Directions:
Directions:
Melt the margarine. Add potato, sugar, vanilla and cream to make a soft dough. Roll in confectionery sugar. Use wax paper under the confectionery sugar. After the dough is rolled out, spread peanut butter on top of the dough. Then roll into a log. Cut into pieces.
