2 cups flour
pinch salt
crisco
buttermilk
fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt, add enough Crisco to make a dough that is kind of crumbly. Mix in buttermilk to make the dough wet so it can be handled. Pinch off part of the dough and roll out. Add fruit in the middle and close. Deep fat fry in Crisco until brown.
