2 cups flour
pinch salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
chicken breast or turkey pieces
1-2 cans chicken broth or bouillon or turkey broth
water to wet
yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water to make dough. Put dough on floured board. Knead. Roll out very thin and cut in strips. Boil chicken or turkey until done and save the water. In a large pot, fill 1/2 full of broth and water from the boiled chicken/turkey. (You can use chicken broth only if you don't want to boil the chicken/turkey). Bring to a boil. Then reduce to simmer. Drop strips of dough into the broth. Cook until noodles are soft. Add a drop of food coloring at a time until mixture is a pale yellow. Add pieces of cooked chicken or turkey. Serve.
