Shredded lettuce head (need 1" in pan)
2-1/2 cups celery, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups sliced red onion
1 box frozen peas (do not cook), thaw slightly
1 package shredded or grated white cheddar cheese
2 cups Hellman's or Dukes Mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
7 slices of crisp crumpled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in order, lettuce, celery, onion and peas. Top completely with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar. Then sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate. Serve.
